What's on your Wednesday Menu?
Since I work from home, I wear what is comfortable and still acceptable on Zoom. Lots of leggings and loose tops. I am sure Grim would not taste stuffing ever if he knows it contains things like celery and onions. Not a good option for someone *****fuses to eat veggies.

Hmmmm....I'm having a hard time even fathoming "spicy stuffing" - unless he is referring to all spices instead of just the hot ones? A lot of stuffing concoctions do have things like sage in them (although i guess that's an herb rather than a spice). Anyway, this one is basically a big "huh?".
no scheduled things today, but I need to work on a Web page and hopefully get it done today. I also need to exercise because it's the only way I can eat a somewhat acceptable amount of calories (we're talking about 1500), because this negative calorie adjustment option on MFP really cracks the whip. Just getting out of bed and it's already subtracted 120 calories from my suggested amount of 1622 (it calculated this number for me - based on my height, weight, age, and stated desire to lose 1/2 lb a week, I think). And if I continue to do nothing, it subtracts even MORE throughout the day. It docks like CRAZY unless I get about an hour's worth of cardio - or the equivalent number of steps - every frickin' day!!). Anyway, I did water aerobics yesterday, plus I had my hair colored, so I'll lay off the water fitness things for about a week. And I'm really getting tired of youtube cardio, so maybe I'll just go to the gym and do the elliptical or stationary bike today.
QOTD: I don't even know what the current fashion trends are, let alone follow them. I always wear leggings and a slightly oversized, 3/4 length or long-sleeved shirt or sweater. Preferably with a V-neckline. This is because I'm top heavy - broad shoulders, broad chest, muscular arms, no waist. Anything else and I look heavier than I am. Luckily, I have no hips or butt and thin-ish thighs, so at least the bottom half looks OK!

L: chili
AS: a slice of cranberry/sweet potato/bran bread
D: small piece of lasagna or a salad of some sort
