We'll be back to "normal" for Christmas so I am looking forward to that!! It won't be 77 but it won't be bone shatteringly cold,

Wow! Great distance and time on the rowing. I did the Ellie machine yesterday. I have to admit that I struggle to do machines for exercise. I was wishing the work gym had a treadmill instead. Anyway just 30 minutes of exercise yesterday. I am starting my day off with a hot yoga class. Also working from home since the weather and roads are dodgy

the Gonzaga basketball game was fun the team won but they didn't play so well. The environment was energetic and colorful I was also able to catch-up with my friend.

QOTD: I need to find out ski clothes apparently I moved them from the usual place last year and have no idea where I put them! Not good

Accountability: perfect

same meals as yesterday

E: 60 min hot yoga

Good luck on the clothing hunt! I sometimes have that happen, I mean the house is not that big and I live alone, where do things go?!

My house is 40 years old. Sometimes the TV turns on by itself. My vote is invisible, friendly visitors relocating your clothes? :)

I finally found the winter outer wear. I had transferred them into a different bigger bin and then buried them in the bottom of a stack of other plastic bins. Our garage could stand to be cleaned out to get rid of extra stuff.

QOTD: Yes, I have one that I'm thinking of, and likely more that I've "forgotten". LOL

Question of my own: Do you have advice for dealing with pet hair? I have a German Shedder mix and a long hair cat in a small apartment. I feel like I'm drowning in the stuff.

1: egg on toast

2: low-cal soup

3: lunch meat and cheese sandwich (at work)

4: leftover low carb chicken enchilada bake, seaweed snack (at work)

I have one long haired cat and cannot believe how much cat hair the robot vacuum picks up every day. I wish they had one for furniture. It runs early every morning and when I wake up the house is freshly swept. For Christmas, I bought myself a new iRobot that sweeps and mops with one machine and also empties itself. If you are not using a robot vacuum, I suggest you buy yourself one and let it deal with that pet hair. It will change your life.

I use a robotic vacuum to deal with pet hair. It does help but the vacuum seems to get overwhelmed and isn't able to self empty the collection bin sometimes. I try to use the furminator on the dog pretty regularly which does help.

I also have robot vacuums, our living room and family room have two steps down so one runs the top rooms and the other runs the bottom. The recently purchased one empties itself. We don't have carpet on the house.
