Do you think you can get a walker somewhere to get around in the house. It was my saving grace when I was non weight baring after I broke my ankle. Good luck and follow the rules please.

I had a surgery on my toe and I could put my leg down for 2 weeks. A knee scooter was wonderful. Check locak FB pages and ask if you can borrow one.

Depending on the surfaces you're working with, manual wheelchairs are soooo much faster than crutches. Can't speak for the knee scooters.

Our living room, where I'm camped out at has steps to get into the kitchen and hall to the bathroom. Hubby picked up a knee scooter to have for a few weeks- so far it's so much easier!
