Today I learned about Fishwife Tinned Fish. Whew. I support sustainable small businesses but that's some pricey fish! Hope it's delicious for DD.

Good Morning! JB- I hope you're able to get through the papers today. My pitfall yesterday was peanut butter toast and a wafer granola bar thing. Busy work week as the one team member is still out but we plow through. I have my dr appt for my ankle today-expecting to hear more time to heal/rehab and more PT based on what I can somewhat interpret from the MRI results that posted to my medical chart.
QOTD: We haven't bought anything yet. We aren't planning on much and Em just wants money.

Sorry you did not live up to your expectations yesterday. That was me Sunday. I got nothing accomplished and regrated it all day yesterday. But I've known you for a while from coming here and I know you will kill it today. It is just your nature.
I'm going to try to get in a manicure today if she has something available. It is time to pay the first of the month bills and I never got a mortgage statement. I am not happy because I am trying to put a portfolio together with all my financials and have a few folks eyeball it and see what changes I need to make in this crazy economy. Knowing our mailman, it is probably in someone else's mailbox.
QOTD: I bought nothing. I was perusing the Sam's Club website last night, but nothing stuck out.

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.
