What's on your Wednesday Menu?

OMG I slept so terribly last night. I am teaching a cookie class tomorrow and for some reason I had a crazy anxiety dream that I forgot to bring the cookies. On top of it, I dreamt that my professors were there and I was getting graded on it! I also had to deal with customers who were being extra people-y yesterday and my mind was racing thinking of different ways to answer them.
QOTD: Have you gotten snow yet this year? Parts of our state woke up to a dusting today but it's just raining here. But this week is usually when we get the first flakes.
B: Chaffles
S: Greek yogurt
L: Tuna
D: Veggie Burger
I have been doing well with my commitment to exercise before posting, but I think it's time to change things up. When I "run" here, I always complete at least a mile, but I feel no motivation to go quickly or challenge myself. I think it's time to join a gym again so that I feel compelled try a little harder.

Good mornin everyone! JB, sounds like a horrible night! I hate those kind of dreams!
Not a lot planned today. Will probably chainmaille. Not sure if my mom wants to go anywhere. Yesterday's appointment with my psychologist went great s usual. Touched on some stuff that needed to be worked out. I am lacking on energy this morning...like usual I guess lol.
QOTD: yes we've gotten it twice but just enough to "frost" the grass and it melted so fast! Monday we had a very light dusting and we have a chance for that again Friday. Gotta love this part of Texas!
B. JUST egg bowl and coffee
L: frozen meal...Mexican inspired
D: ????
S: ????
here are some earrings I made last night. Just like the green one but diffferent wings.

Happy Wednesday!
I head home this morning, I had a meeting scheduled before I needed to head to the airport but it was cancelled so I did my 5th yoga of the 6 series for the challenge...and then I had time so I went ahead and finished it. I suspect I will regret that choice when I work out with my trainer this evening. But I'm pretty happy that I'm two months in a row with two challenges completed even with an increased travel schedule!
qotd - yes several times but we're early enough in that it doesn't stay very long. Our first snow came later than usual in October but not as late as last years. We might see it sticking more starting next month. I am here for it, so many people are still rebuilding from the late December fire last year when we didn't get any snow until the day after towns burned to the ground. Let it snow let it snow let it snow!
menu today will be
coffee
ratio yogurt
protein bar
something from the freezer at home - maybe the TJs samosas.
have a great day everyone!

When I flew through Denver a couple of weeks ago the mountains were beautiful with lots of snow. I don't think that Golden has any accumulated snow.

Good morning, everybody!
Well the snow melted yesterday, so its not a winter wonderland anymore. I guess that you should postpone your travel plans, Kelly.
Tomorrow morning, I have an 8:00 flight to Orlando for work, but I come home Friday afternoon. Looking forward to staying put after that.
QJB, I actually slept well last night. Close to 7 hours. Maybe it was because of a good workout yesterday, but I was happy not to wake up at 4.
Today is lifting and Crossfit, I need to pack and take a COVID-19 test for tomorrow and we have Happy Hour tonight. On Happy Hour, we are going to try and align our excursion selections for the cruise that we are all taking next summer. Basically, they don't align at all. One thing that is for certain is that I am not going to try and convince anybody to do anything because I don't want to listen to any whining about bus rides, etc. So our aligning will just be announcing our selections and noting that we will have plenty of time together even if we take different excursions. We did leave the last night open for a group dinner in Budapest.
Also, I need to take it easy on Happy Hour because I have to be up early for my flight Thursday.
QOTD: We got about three inches yesterday, but most of it is gone.
Breakfast: Egg sandwich
Lunch: Proscuitto, pesto and mozerella
Dinner: steak
have a great day, all!
