What's on your Tuesday Menu?
Sheila, my son is caught up in exams, so his resume is on the back burner for the time being. We want to let him relax over Thanksgiving, so we will probably help him finish over Winter Break.

Beautiful!! I'm in awe that you went so far - beast mode!! These California views are why I love to hike, not 20 miles, but a few is wonderful!

All good. No joints pain. I think it was just the muscle being tight.

Beautiful photos! And feel you on the steep downhills. Last thing you want is to hyper-extend a tired knee and have to be carried the rest of the way down the mountain. Whew. So happy for your accomplishments! Every time I read your activities, I appreciate your avatar more. :)

That's so sweet of you!
That avatar spoke to me the second I saw it.
The other one for consideration was this.
But then I thought I'm not gonna just walk out of a fat body, I need to sculpt myself out of it.
I know...too much deliberation for a stupid avatar.

You picked the perfect one! Even saw someone else here using it.
With all of the work you have to put in...if only it were so easy to just have that "perfect" body in the images as to carve one out or emerge from another. :) it's thought-provoking.

Good morning ~ I saw a mom in the grocery store the other day toting 6 kids probably 12 yrs old to a tiny baby in her arms. And there I was, struggling to choose a yogurt flavor. Then I realized my mom did that, 6 kids 0-9yrs old - I would have been the baby. Holy crap. I wonder how tired my mom HAD to have been every day. No wonder she was so tough - she ran a tight ship but was way to hard on us and unempathetic. Anyway, yesterday was good day at work and home where I bought the internet. Sweaters, boots, tops and cozy sherpa hoodies... I went overboard but 75% of it was 50% off. Bring on the cold!
Anyone's apple watch bother your wrist?? Don't know if I could switch wrists but I may have too.
QOTD - I got nothing - maybe classic or old fashioned Christmas decorations and toys?
Yesterday:
b- coffee x 3, eggs w/green sauce
l - chicken, broc/cauli, cacio e pepe sauce and parm
d- enchiladas made with 25 cal corn tortillas, let/tom/onion on top
s-cherry tomatoes, jello w/too much whipped cream
+wine - maybe 8 ounces
e - 35 minutes yoga
Have a great day!
