What's on your Monday Menu?
Thank you!
I guess we are our own worst critics, I almost didn't post it because I saw all the wrinkles around my eyes.

Your meme is funny. I find it so awkward when they are grating cheese. It seems I want more but feel like they been grating long enough. Just leave the grater and cheese with me! Sounds like you had a nice weekend, although it was the same ole thing.
My weekend was good. Didn't do a whole lot either. Lots of meal prep for the week yesterday. Today I plan on a 2-fer workout split. I will go to hot power yoga this morning, then inferno Pilates this evening. I need to get my nails done in between and finish my salads (just measure out the chicken I made yesterday into each salad). I may go get some stuff for Thanksgiving since I didn't do it when I went shopping on Saturday. I thought we had decided to go to MT, but still staying home so now I need to purchase stuff.
QOTD: We have 4 plants on our kitchen bar area. All are robust, neglect resistant plants. 2 are bamboo, one is a thick leaved ? plant that I know to water when the leaves start to droop, the other not sure what it is but I have almost killed it several times.
Accountability: Switched out popcorn for protein frosty. Probably had too much. Good news is that there is no more Chick Boom Pop in the house.

L: summer salad with chicken, light poppy seed dressing
S: protein frosty
D: Asian chicken salad with light sesame ginger dressing
S: 4 squares sf chocolate, protein frosty

Good morning all and Happy Monday,
My weekend went well. My club's 71st Anniversary Dinner was Saturday night and it turned out great. We had 100 people attend and it was pretty organized for a bunch of alcoholics. It was a good time and nice to meet all these old-timers, that are in their 80's and 90s, that are to thank for the purchasing the building and getting the club registered as a non-profit.
I really overdid it physically and am paying for it. I'm just planning on taking it easy today.
QOTD - no plants currently. I've had cactus, bamboo, big stand up corner plants in the past.
Accountability: small piece of cake with all the frosting, 4 fun size milky ways.
B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.
L: Rotisserie Chicken.
D: PP protein.
S: mini bag popcorn.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Good Morning! I am just back from my 6:30 am HIIT class, and let me just say, if my elbows were not able to rest on the counter as I type this, I would not be able to participate today. My arms are wet noodles. She did a different style class today. 8 stations, 1 loop, 20 seconds on, 10 off, 3 times each station with cardio workout in between. I might be crippled in a couple hours.
What a glorious weekend we had. Gorgeous weather. Rog and I both recovered from the stomach bug. Stairs on Saturday, good walk on Sunday. Saturday we saw Hamilton. Swoon. Just amazing. Capped that off with dinner with wonderful friends, tons of laughing and gossip, a few glasses of wine and Sea Bass for me. Sunday we cleaned the whole house, took naps, read books. I was 100% on food, including the Hershey's mini I ate and all zero calorie liquids. Perfect in every way.
Today is clean up from class (still trying to cool down from it even though it's an outside class and it was only 42 degrees) maybe a massage and getting my blonde back this afternoon. An easy day from here on out.
QoTD: I have a mini orchid I am nursing into blooming again and an air fern.
Menu:
B: pork al pastor, cottage cheese
L: leftover stir fried chicken from dinner last night. So good!
D: I'll make Roger a rib eye and mashed potatoes and I'll eat up some of the leftover chicken.
Peace Everybody!

The first time we did Tabata, I was thinking "160 seconds of movement, how hard can that be?"
