It sounds like you had an amazing trip until you got the bug on the way home. Hope you are feeling better.

We are halfway through the work week! I am in the office today. Yesterday at home, I decided I needed to get a second monitor for my computer to be more efficient with work from home. My BIL travels a lot for his business, when I was staying with him and his wife this summer while DD was working at the state fair, I used his travel monitor. Super convenient and not too small but not too big. I have added that to my Christmas wish list.

QOTD: I rarely listen to a whole album. I would probably select a few favorite songs for the hour. I need to give this some thought...Maybe Journey's Cant Stop Believing, GNR Knocking on Heavens Door, Eagles Hotel California, Elvis In the Ghetto, Dolly Parton Joleen, and Cat in the Cradle, are some thoughts.

Accountability: Excellent, I did switch out one protein frosty for 100 cal bag of popcorn + serving of Chick Boom Pop Kettle Corn but stopped there. I am making progress there. Still some head hunger I am trying to work through. Lots of water with Mio and sf gum.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with blueberries, keto granola, cold brew with half n half

L: Summer salad with chicken, light poppy seed dressing

S: protein frosty

D: Chicken Asian salad with light sesame ginger dressing

S: 4 squares sf chocolate, protein frosty

E: 60 min hot power yoga

Have a wonderous Wednesday!

I understand the monitor struggle. I went from two, down to one and then just bought a bigger one finally. I used to have two normal and one laptop one at my old job-LOL!

I had an old monitor from when I had a PC (not a laptop) that I thought I could use yesterday but the connections were different.
