Decluttering was a 1/2-hour presentation at the conference. They said to keep everything out of sight in you kitchen and add a pop of red somewhere. Don't know exactly why but says it helps.

I say the ornament is a win. I love it. I like the advice of your nutritionist. But one suggestion don't suffer through anything. You do not deserve to be uncomfortable. Just do the things that work and the ones that don't try again in a couple weeks to see if it gets any better. That was the best advice I got my first year. Keep it up you're doing great.

Thank you! It helps to hear it. I'd been focusing on variety. Menu might need to get smaller for a while!

D you find a daily menu plan you enjoy that is nutrient dense plus you get your macros why change it up. I pretty much eat the same thing 6 days a week because I like the flavors so much and I am getting the nutrients I need.

I see that in your threads and envy it! Unfortunately, I do get sick of most things if I eat them too often, hence the intensive recipe searches to change things up. At least in the protein department. I'd eat veggies all day! :)

Good mornin everyone.

I now have a very gross cough that is bad enough on it's own but it's also making my back and legs hurt very badly.

Nothing planned today...that I know of anyway.

QOTD: not much of a routine but usually I take my meds, take the pups out and then go to bed.

the only food set in stone today is the oatmeal I had for breakfast.

first one is a paperweight I found at the thrift store,

Sounds like a very involved cough. Hope you have some extra-strength meds to help.

Made this and just took a picture. A slight modification on a tutorial a friend made.
