Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Wow that is a beautiful early Amaryllis. I need to think about getting one soon.

When I moved this morning Ron come running in the bedroom to tell me he saw two baby cub black bears in our yard. Mind you we do not live in bear country. It is not out of the question though they have been coming further south in recent years, but I am on side, "I don't believe you." He was at Walmart before I left for work getting a new trail cam so he can prove he is not as crazy as I think. Hoping I have some bear pictures soon. I'm not holding my breath.

I just want to put this out there. I have noticed a few replies to some post that have not been warm and fuzzy. Can we take the time to read our replies and think if we would like someone to say that to us if we were in that person's shoes? I know it is not meant to be hurtful but sometimes you just got to put it in perspective before you post.

I did manage 2 miles at Lunch yesterday and I nailed 3 miles walking around looking for Baby Bears this morning.

Congrats on getting in the exercise! I love how your map is like a petroglyph.

Good luck with the bears! I did see one in Plymouth, Vermont...but they do range. Hope they're good neighbors if you have them.

Do you have a great white chicken chili recipe? I'm looking for one! And on that walk for baby bears I'd be too scared there is a Momma bear to breathe! Great job getting out there!

Can't say I have a great white chili recipe. This crockpot concoction was just thrown together with things that been hanging in my pantry that needed used up. It started with chicken I threw in Salsa Verde a jar of roasted hatch peppers black beans corn and 1 cream cheese salt pepper and cumin. After it was cooked, I added cilantro, lime and Cogito cheese. I got the tortilla strips that top salad I found at Aldi for Ron but didn't use them myself. It is pretty good.

I have two "regular" ones that survived over the summer, I am hoping they bloom in december. If they do, they will be the first that made it multiple seasons in my house

i hope you see pictures of the bears but don't actually encounter them in the walk!
