weight has not budged despite being more active and getting my water in plus logging my food since sunday also
QOTD: i watched all the watcher, the sinner (watch this limited series people, btw i might have a crush on bill pullman) below deck, random documentaries about woodstock, serial killers, cults, history.

2 eggs with babybel cheese
coffee with almond milk
leftiver stir fry veggies/chicken
chickfila nuggets maybe a salad?
