Good morning ~ All the little efforts do add up and I'm working on that as well. Food has been on point but I need get rid of the daily wine- at least on work nights and exercise everyday. YES -Watching a good long TV show on the treadmill is great! House of the Dragon was awesome that way - so sad it's over. Yesterday was great day at work and I feel everything is going to be just fine. Still had a few work and other stress dreams but actively switched to something positive and that helped. It will all settle down soon. Today is more of the same... and praying to the lotto gods about tonight's drawing! I'm in a work pool and Rob has a little lotto system going for us, lol.

QOTD - I am reading/listening to Steven Kings 11-22-63 and I love it! I have Bag of Bones in the queue. I have several other books I'm waiting on from the library still - Paris Apartment and It ends with Us - I had previously borrowed them, but it wasn't the audio that I prefer. I also have 2 credits on Amazon. No****ching anything great - fluff, news, football. I'm waiting for my shows to come back around so I need to find something GOOD for the treadmill. I'll definitely check out the Watcher.

Yesterday:

b- coffee x3, L&F yogurt

l - eggplant casserole w/meatballs

d- grilled chicken taco salad

s- the very last quest mini candy bar ever

+wine

e- no

Have a great day!

I like that the Watcher is based on true events. After I finish the series, I am going to look it up online to see how closely they followed the actual events.

Don't get your hopes up. :) I may have looked into that. There can be such a divergence when something is inspired by true events.

Good Morning QJB and Menuers,

Yeah, I am so glad it is already Wednesday. I am getting a manicure at lunch and bible study tonight. I have cookies to bake tonight. I made the dough for snicker doodles last night. I need them for the Bonfire on Saturday that I am looking forward to. The weather here has been abnormally warm and the Fog this morning was as thick as pea soup.

Chrissy, did you know that M&M's were originally a military product? They were invented in 1941 and during World War II, only sold to Army. They were based on a supply carried during the Spanish Civil war in the 1930's and were designed to allow chocolate to be carried into jungle areas by the soldiers.

Cheetos were also invented due to a Military surplus of powdered cheese that Frito-Lay purchased.
