What's on your Wednesday Menu?

Morning Gang! Happy Hump Day! 2 more days off for me until the new semester starts. I want to do something fun before heading back into it but it's supposed to pour all day today, so I will do another day of business stuff today and we'll go on an adventure tomorrow.
Yesterday was an awesome day for the bakery! All of a sudden I got a bunch of new (big!) orders and I booked a bunch more classes in November and December at a brewery. It really feels like it's all coming together :)
QOTD: What strategies do you use to stay on track when you are tempted by food that is off plan? I'm asking because I can't seem to muster up the strength to turn down a treat these days. I used to just want to be "good" but that's not cutting it lately and I am saying yes to too many little things.
B: Costco Egg Bites
L: Buffalo Chicken
D: Insides of Chicken Tacos

Good morning everyone and happy Wednesday!
Busy day ahead so this will be a very quick post - We might get our first snow overnight into tomorrow, which is a bit late for us, and I have my fingers crossed.
QOTD - I try not to bring foods I can't resist into the house, I will change rooms, go exercise, leave the house or go to bed to distract myself. I also find having some treats in the house that I can have "later" if I still want them helps; I have chocolate bars in the fridge that have been there years, somehow knowing I could have them if I want them helps with my discipline.
menu today
coffee plus half and half X2
pb English muffin
chicken breast X 2
I'm going to get in a quick rowing session and then I have my personal trainer after work so that's my exercise and I have to run a few errands like the post office and the library after work too. Busy Wednesday!
Have a wonderful day everyone!

We usually get some snow in October! I think I read somewhere that if the 130 years they've been tracking only 10 or 11 haven't had measurable October snow. It doesn't last through!

Good mornin everyone!
Really anxious over tomorrow. I have to be there at 7:15 am and won't leave until Friday morning. I'm very scared it won't help enough...seems to be the details of my story with this back pain, it helps some but not enough. If you don't mind I'd appreciate your good thoughts for calmness and that it'll be worth it. I feel like pulling out my hair I'm so anxious. Argh.
Nothing planned for the day. I may do a deep clean of my room but that's a big may. I'm really aching & hurting today. I may mor may not go to Walmart with my mom. It's just dependent on a few factors.
food has been crappy. No more pumpkin bread I can have. My mom wanted to try cooking one of those white pumpkins. It's good...not at sweet as the pie pumpkins but a lot more "meat" to it as it's a lot more dense. The GF pumpkin bread was killer with it but could've been better in a few areas. It did not make a good crust less pie though. Against my better judgment my mom wanted to try chunky pumpkin. No...JUST NO! Next time it's getting puréed. I should listen to myself more, sometimes I do know what I'm doing...sometimes lol.
QOTD: I struggle with this. With BED some foods just don't come into the house. BUT my mom does get them sometimes and I usually have to abstain from it. If I hav done bite it leads to more bites. I'm one of those all or nothing mentality people, I'm working on it with therapy and it's improved greatly. I still have hiccups though with certain foods. I've learned to not beat myself up over an indiscretion with food. It happened...learn from it and move on. Don't eat the whole bag of chips because I've already had two servings. It's helped greatly.
B: oatmeal w/pear and a gf waffle
L: probably oatmeal again...trying to stick to bland
D: PP shake
S: ???

QOTD. Chips are banned at home. It's the one thing I have trouble with. I much prefer savory to sweet so sugar is not an issue. Other than that I practice the 3 small bite rule and that works for me. Removing myself from the area of the temptation if possible helps. Also if I have some strong mint gum I will chew that. Nothing tastes good with that flavor in your mouth.
I will be thinking of you Melody and wishing calm. QB I wish your cookie biz success will continue to blossom. I would love to take a cookie class for the fun of it!
Not much on the docket for today. Out to Home Depot to get a new mailbox and then to the doc for a B12 shot. I will be doing that every Wed for a bit, then once a month. It is a pop in and out type of thing so hopefully it won't eat up the whole morning.
Menu. Banana, protein shake, cottage cheese, salad, spaghetti. Maybe a bit of the left over omelet.
