Me too! The scale says I'm down 2 pounds, then gives them right back. Weight training will help too and I'm looking forward to that.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

What a fun dining concept for October. Hope you get the billion little things done and you have a nice restful day.

Me on the other hand knows there is no rest for the weary. Full steam ahead today. I only have 5 more days till I am in the clear. Nothing special going on today. I just got to get another workday under my belt and got to get to it quickly because I still have about 20 orders to process from yesterday.

QOTD: Most of my furniture is leather or pleather. I just like the ease of cleaning it. I had my couch custom made from Old Hickory leathers in North Carolina because at 6"4' there are not too many couches that fit my husband. If I need to lay on it, I usually use a throw, so I don't stick to it.

Accountability: I am out of control. Bestie is back in town her dear cousin passed away Sunday and I been willy nillying my menu. I really need to get back to exercise. Let's see what this evening brings.

TSS: 4 years 10 months 14 days 160 LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF pumpkin spice creamer

MS: Oikos tripe zero salted caramel Greek yogurt. pears

CB: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF pumpkin spice creamer

L: crock pot pizza and snack select

D: crock pot pizza

Exercise: nope

Water and Vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

Mornin' All!

day 2 of a busy week. I was going to go to water aerobics this morning, but I need more downtime - may just do a dance or cardio walking video (since water aerobics involves more time than just the class - there's driving to the pool and back, showering, etc). I have an online class at 10:00-11:15, a luncheon from 11:30-1:00, another online program from 1:00-2:30, my in-person class from 4:00-5:30, and then some other Zoom thing at 7:00. I guess that's not a particularly crazy schedule for people who work full-time, but for a retiree, that seems like a lot!! But it should all be fun and/or interesting, at least!

QOTD: no. I don't like the feel of it, especially in the summer when some of my skin is likely to come in contact with the leather. Ugh.

B: either cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie or plain skyr. In either case, fruit, too (berry compote). Coffee with half & half.

MS: probably nothing since I haven't even eaten breakfast yet. But maybe a cup of FF/SF hot chocolate as a vehicle for my daily Miralax....

L: the luncheon is at a Mexican place. I'm thinking a cup of black bean soup and a fish taco

AS: protein muffin

D: salad with chicken breast and light dressing

have a great day, everyone!

Good Morning from the lovely state of AZ. Em and I had a good day yesterday, just walked the mall for a bit, wandered a bit and we did enjoy some amazing ground beef topped queso dip as of our dinner. Today we have a campus tour and maybe Topgolf but aside from that just roaming around a bit. I did not enough water yesterday so I need to better on that today.

Menu is TBD, I do have my oatmeal and a microwave so that should be breakfast before we leave the room for the day. I hope you all have an amazing day. I did get enough steps in yesterday and hope to do the same today.

Good morning! I expected to wake up this morning sore and tender from my class yesterday. I am not sure if I am pleased or not that I am just a little bit sore and tight today. I definitely "feel" some muscles today that I usually do not. I got my flu shot and hormone booster yesterday also. So far, so good. Feeling pretty good. Hopefully I will have no outwardly physical response to the flu shot. I stayed on track food wise, and didn't eat my exercise calories back. Though I was truly good and hungry at each meal!

Today is long walk to yoga, yoga, and then a small walk to get a facial and a small walk home. Should be a very pleasant and relaxing day. I should probably do some housework this afternoon, but I might just bask in the glory of the facial and read my book in the sunshine.

QOTD: Yes, I do. Currently looking for a replacement couch and it's high on my list of wants.

Menu today:

B: pork al pastor and 2 oz cottage cheese

L: leftover salisbury steak and Brussel sprouts

D: It's a Trader Joe's kind of night. Red Argentinian shrimp served on cauliflower gnocchi with a little pesto. Half a slice garlic bread and a small salad with a shallot and pecorino vinaigrette that I need to make here in a few minutes.

Peace Everybody!
