It's nice when such a long work conference leaves you energized. Too often I find they are a day or two too long for the positive take aways to persist, lol.

I agree, the long ones are tough to stay positive through. While I got so much out of this one and it's a great group -I couldn't wait to leave Tahoe if you can believe that. I think Sheila thought I was nuts to be on the road at 7 am on Friday.

Good Morning! Let's tackle this Monday. JB- sorry you're not feeling well and had a stressful few days, I hope today is much better. QOTD: I haven't been seen many huge cities in person but I think I'd want in another country so Paris would be an option for sure.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

QJB I am intrigued by the Miracle Muffin. Do tell please.

Saturday after My pound class and mom duty I had to go to the State Store (Liquor store but in PA they are State run) to get the Prosecco for the limoncello and I ran into a Bloody Mary Festival in the parking lot. Oh, so lucky Ron was with me because that could have gone wrong in so many ways. He limited me to only having two. One was topped with shrimp ****tail and the other had a chicken wing and a beef jerky hollowed out as the straw. That was it for food Saturday. I headed home to prep for the bonfire and headed there by 4. Yikes. I started into the Limoncello and never ate. Needless to say, Saturday led to a Sunday that started with the Salt electrolytes I got at the convention. The watermelon was pretty good. My stomach has been a mess ever since. Will I ever learn that going on a bender is not smart after RNY? BTW this is why I never had kids. I knew I would never be able to put 2 days like these together and still be a good parent and I was never going to give them up. This will hold me over for a while. I don't see it happening again until Christmas time depending on where I spend Christmas this year.

QOTD: Milan Italy; Just for the fashion. I would love to be able to afford to shop there. The purses I would buy.

Accountability: I kinda laid it out already but I did not go off the rails to much yesterday. I had one root beer shortbread cookie that I made so it was only for quality control.

TSS: 4 years 10 months 6 days 158.6 LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF Chocolate Caramel creamer

MS: Oikos tripe zero salted caramel Greek yogurt. berries

CB: Coffee with Coffee Mate SF Chocolate Caramel creamer

L: eggwich and snack select

D: cheesy chicken bake and cheesy cauliflower.

Exercise: My stomach is so bad I couldn't get out the bathroom long enough to do this.

Water & vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great week my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

What salts? I have found that I really like the LMNT ones. They were a Facebook ad but I didn't try them until a friend also recommended them!

I'll let you know. I am not sure exactly the brand, but it did calm down the amount I hurt I could have been in without them.
