Good Afternoon Menuers!

Bit of a rough morning as was yesterday - second day of housing court scheduled and need to print out at the library and drive first.

Would love to just get back in bed and have a lazy day but no go ..

I keep telling myself that a film set has been and will always be exactly this stressful and sleep deprived if only for a relatively short time if im acting - much longer if Im responsible for the quality of the final product and involved in editing, animation and especially distribution and marketing yikes !

Im feeling sick too probably from cleaning up endless kitten diarrhea- finally i think little man has received the memo - hes making a point of doing doody in the litterboxes now so fingers crossed... the bathroom helped clearly though the plaintive crying was heartbreaking.

Now - to deal with the fleas and cant find my cat bag in this renovation mess grrr.

Im lucky to shower dress and get there on time with my doctors note printed ... then ill be sculpting until ten like every day . Mostly feet and hands and face today ... challenging but at least her anatomy looks correct n pretty.

b - chocolate bread , 1/2 mushroom quiche in puff pastry dough ff sf Chai latte

s- made beef stew but cant eat it ( ate plenty last nite though - tropical crunch salad minus the chicken breast and corn puffs ( fat free) and half a bag of jellybeans ( no excuse ) around 4 Am

s-l-d TBD just tea so far . Trust me I can definitely do with a day of giving my pouch a rest .

Need to schedule PT again - the initial exercises were so easy but incredibly helpful - i went from slumped over with forward head and shoulder pain to like someone stuck a poker up my a.... And effortlessly!

I still have some shoulder tightness five days later but thats why I need to go back - and my insurance will pay for multiple sessions a week ( still waiting for free chiropractic though )

Cant wait to get in the ' rents pool in Florida and really let loose !

My favorite fall activity was hiking by the lake house we built together when I was small in New Hampshire and seeing the amazing leaves.

Unfortunately my Parents sold that home about five years ago.

I still enjoy the asters and the last roses though and hydrangeas in the garden ... and the annuals blooming their little hearts out till freezing .

Have a great day !
