I customize it with sf vanilla syrup.
The cold foam is made of heavy whip cream, milk and syrup.
I recently saw a tiktok how to make it at home and now I'm hooked.

Good Morning! JB-I hope you feel better today. Very low key weekend here. I didn't get some shopping done that I wanted, I would like to get a few things for the Arizona trip so that will have to happen this coming weekend.

Same with me and QOTD. I don't like soda (even though I drink it sometimes) and dump on ice cream. Pizza and burgers would be my last to go.

Good morning all and Happy Monday,

Happy Indigenous Peoples Day. There was an annual pow wow over the weekend that I always say I'm going to check out one of these years. A native American friend has told me it's a great gathering and vibe.

Not feeling too great today but I have things that need to get done.

QOTD - pop and pizza. I passed up pizza last night. I have started to indulge in a coke with grenadine occasionally, like every couple months.

B: Dannon Light and Fit Coconut Yogurt, Tangerine.

L: grilled chicken.

D: ?? Supposed to meet a friend.

Accountability: stopped at Long Grove confectionary outlet and bought chocolate covered cherries. Ate way too many and then gave away the rest of the bag.

HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 215. 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

I admire anyone that can pass up pizza because even bad pizza is good. (except the quest pizza, that is awful, lol).
