When we were walking around, I was thinking that you could give a much better explanation (and take much better pictures than me).

I was supposed to meet up with my cousin near the Iowa/Wisconsin border tomorrow, but she's stuck in Michigan (her car's in the shop), so it might not happen. I'm fine with that since I have a lot of reading to do before Monday. I'm starting to feel stressed about getting all this stuff done since there's a lot going on and we have the OH conference next weekend. Oh well - it'll all work out in the end. I think I'll go to water aerobics this morning and maybe bike this afternoon. My weight is up 1.5 lbs this morning (since Wednesday), but I'm pretty sure it's jus****er retention (I checked - my sodium intake has been pretty high the last couple of days, so yes - could be) - but still, I'm not liking this. So I'll watch what I eat the next couple of days, really push the fluids, and try to get a lot of exercise.

B: protein oatmeal topped with plain skyr and cooked, diced 1/2 apple. Coffee with half & half.

MS: hopefully nothing

L: chocolate "mousse" topped with light Cool Whip and raspberries

AS: protein muffin

D: 1/2 fake chicken burger on 1/2 a slim bun with plain Greek yogurt and a tomato slice, small sweet potato with a pat of butter and fake brown sugar.

Julia those cookies are impeccable. Eventually you will be turning down business because you'll be way to busy. Maybe I can come up for a cooking class and you can teach me your skills. I'd pay to take it for sure.

Happy to announce my Booze Crew costume is complete. I am just lucky my clothes are way smaller than before because I need to bring a boot box in my luggage, so it does not get smashed. It will be taking up some real estate in there. I am very excited how it turned out.

I am off work today, so I am heading to the doctor for my flu shot. Then I plan to come home fill my cookies and then head to the venue to drop them off. We will probably head back to the casino or Walmart to take up sometime because the wedding doesn't start till 4:30. Still debating on what to wear. It is going to be cool so I may need to dig into my winter closet to make this choice,

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

I'm going higher on the break job. I am thinking $578.00. But who am I to say. Ford still has my car that I took into them on September 12, but I don't mind driving this blazer. It uses a lot more gas because it is a v6, but it does get up and go.

I am flying United in. Hoping for no delays. My return flight will be with Spirit so who knows when I will get home.

Yeah, I am praying it's not a billion bucks but I have no idea what to expect. I'll be okay with anything under 500 but if it's higher I might cry...

Can't wait to see the Pina colada head piece. I have to do the same to prevent it from being smashed.

We definitely will need photos of everyone in their costumes since there has been so much chatter about getting them ready for the conference.
