What's on your Tuesday Menu?
P.S. I'm actually more concerned about being in potentially poorly ventilated conference rooms and/or at the conference-wide events than i am with our small group at dinner. In fact, i hadn't even thought of that. Well, planes, too. Ugh. But I'm vaccinated and I'll mask when i can. I managed to avoid it in scotland, so...
Thanks. Disappointing, but the right decision.

Oh, the Cheescake Factory-I used to love their Thai Chicken Pasta with a peanut sauce, then the *******s removed it from the menu. Their pizza and dark bread is the bomb. I havent been there in years (we dont have it here in my area).
I am currently listening to Stephen King's 11-22-63. It is about being able to travel back in time to change the course of events (the butterfly effect). So far it is good. They are going to try to stop the JFK assassination. Let me know what you think of Fairy Tale.

I loved that book. The twists and turns every time they try to change something is fascinating.

I've never eaten a meal at a Cheesecake Factory but I've had their cheesecake. They are no where near where I live. Thai chicken lettuce wraps sound like a healthy version of your favorite dish!

Good Morning everyone. Happy Tuesday.
I should have my car all fixed by the weekend and not have to get a rental which is great. We've been doing a bunch of cleaning in the office at work and getting rid of file cabinets that we no longer use since everything is now electronically filed. My boss said I could take what ever ones we get emptied which is great since they are all in perfect condition. I will use two in my spare bedroom to organize my yarn and other crafty things I have and the rest my husband will use to keep lord only know what in. LOL
QOTD: Nope really not a fan of heights, but I would ride a mule down the Grand Canyon I trust those stubborn buggers.
5am coffee with raw milk
B: stuffed zucchini
L: boursin cheese and spinach stuffed flounder
D: not really sure might just make a "salad sandwich" romaine lettuce with ham, cheese, zucchini relish and onions
I start my work's Culture of Fit tonight at 6pm so we will see how that goes.
Have a wonderful day everyone.
