Good mornin everyone.
Yesterday was extremely hard. I got verbally throw under the bus by my mom while she was talking to my brother. They had a kind of fight but hashed things somewhat out. BUT I was kind of the scapegoat. My mom told him that she was all a lone in the world and she couldn't count on anyone to take care of her. That sheis tired of taking care of people. There was other stuff too. I cried more than not and ended up calling my clinics crisis line. I am tired. I see my psychiatric NP tomorrow. I have a laser procedure on my left eye today or it would've been today. I feel utterly betrayed honestly. There is a lot. Just a lot.
hoping I can calm down today.
QOTD: not particularly. It's always to bland. I prefer sweet potato pie but even that is T my absolute favorite.

Just...wow. I'm sorry you're being undervalued given the support you provide your mom.

Did you discuss what you heard with your mother? Perhaps she was just trying to guilt-trip your brother...Did she actually say that you werent there for her? You know how people get when they are emotional, it is "everyone" and "everybody", "no-one" when that isnt actually true. the best course of action is to clear the air with her in a rational way so that you arent feeling betrayed and to let her know how she made you feel. Do it kindly though.
