Good Morning! Jen, I don't miss those days full of meetings and calls. My PT went okay. It's going to be some time before I can start running but at least it won't be impossible. I have posterior tibial tendinitis/dysfunction so I need to strengthen the muscles surrounding it. Eventually, we will be working on hips and core too. I learned that my calf muscles are too strong and tight- lol. For now, exercises to stretch the tendon, brace all the time (trying elliptical without a boot), ultrasound therapy ( I think that's what it's called) and ice when needed.

QOTD: I like it but I think it's the whipping cream on too for me.

TSS: 8 years 1 month

B: SF latte, Fiber/protein oatmeal, turkey sausage, and an orange

L: Turkey and cheese sticks, carrots, SF pudding and an apple

S: Protein puffs, a peach and yogurt

D: Grilled chicken salad with butter lettuce, feta cheese, and boiled egg, sliced orange/banana, and 2 squares dark chocolate

ES: Greek yogurt

E: Elliptical, with a brace today. At PT, she was worried I'd hurt my back, knees or hips if I continue using the elliptical with the boot.

V/W: On track

Totals: Cals:1418 Protein:144 Carbs: 128 Fat:39

Have a great one!

It sounds like your PT is helping to progress in the right direction. Glad they're letting you work out a bit!

I hope the elliptical without the boot goes well. I think a good PT is worth their weight in gold so hopefully this one is good and will help you quickly!
