What's On Your Sunday Menu and Activity
I figured someone would start this thread a lot sooner but I?m glad to see you?re all out there living exciting lives and are just too busy to post. 
Me personally not so much - I took my morning mini walk trying to get to a folk art festival in a supposedly historical town 2.9 miles away ? well I?ll be a donkeys uncle ? somehow that turned into 22 miles and a twenty dollar taxi ? ride one way to the central bus ? station - no thank you . So I walked back here after buying a cute ? t shirt and handmade earrings from a local girl ? and enjoyed a long conversation by the pool ???? with a fellow surgical tourist - then lunch ?.
What WLS results are you most grateful for after all these years?
For me it?s that my weight is miraculously, stable for once in my life . My surgeon actually has an opening this week and I suggested he do me because I haven?t blown up nor had to diet before I came here .
b- Mexican hotel buffet tortilla chips beans salsa eggs w ham (mostly egg whites ) nopalitos grapefruit juice
l- Chinese takeout shrimp and lean pork stir fry with zucchini
snack- Mexican jello - piece of sweet bread with lemon filling one small ice milk cone a few grapes
There?s a plastic surgery forum on here- and yes that?s exactly where I am and what I?m doing :) .
This is the sixth successful surgery I?ve had here with this doctor and other than being frustrated having zero complications and having to sit and heal like a good girl ?.( talk about luxury problems
) I?m totally satisfied.
And to tell the truth Monterrey Mexico is a very interesting place - just huge geographically and lacking public transportation . If I knew beforehand I?d probably have rented a car to better explore .
If I stay longer I may just do that ( if the doc agrees to do another procedure we discussed rather than making me fly back since I?m healing great )
I?m REALLY hoping he fits me in because his wait list is literally almost a year long :(
