QOTD: Does your area have a funny unique "holiday" or special day?
I'm sure it does. I live in Portland, Oregon, so the first things that come to mind are the starlight parade and the gay pride parade, but I know there are a whole bunch of smaller things going on, like music festivals and beer gardens and ethnic celebrations happening all-the-time.

Accountability: not great. Battling sugar cravings after I get off work (at midnight). Any advice???

1: protein oatmeal, tea x2
2: meatloaf, seaweed snack
3. Half sandwich on protein bread
4. Chicken nuggets and broccoli
5. Half sandwich on protein bread

Exercise: stairs today, some PT work on arms

QJB-are you excited to start school? You are so fortunate that you dont have to clock into work while you are in school. Enjoy the process! (I do recognize that you do have your own business ).

I did a lot better with my eating accountability since I didnt allow myself popcorn. Just gonna reserve it for the Saturday up calorie day. I did like my frozen drink in the evening. Although DD did buy the incorrect vanilla greek yogurt as she purchased on with more calories. I will get some different yogurt for that. I made a orange creamsicle yogurt frosty for tonights snack!

QOTD: There is not a unique or special holiday that I am aware of. The big events locally are HoopFest (where they block of many streets downtown for an all weekend 3 on 3 basketball tournament-it is really popular and anyone can join in) and the Blooms Day Run (5k, 10k, and 1/2 marathon lengths-also very popular we even get runners from out of the country). The Allston Christmas sounds like a trip! It must be something to see.

Today lots of meetings, running data reports. I am have also planned a bunch of dates to be off through 2023 since DH needs to ask for dates off about 3 months in advance. So I am getting him set to ask for those dates off so we dont forget. We are planning a spring break trip as it is DS last year of high school, also another this summer. A short ski trip in February. So should be fun with lots of travel.

B: triple zero greek yogurt with collagen, keto granola, blueberries, cold brew with half n half

L: Summer salad with chicken, light poppy seed dressing

S: protein frosty

D: Probably asian chicken salad with sesame ginger-apparently I cant get enough salads!

S: 4 squares sf chocolate (is Trader Joes our of the Simply Lite Chocolate in your area also?), yogurt based frosty frozen treat

E: another day of hot yoga (Vinyasa flow today, power yesterday)

Have a terrific Thursday!
