From the concerts you've been to, it is also your music.

My next concert is the Front Bottoms, which is one of my son's favorite bands. Then finally (after rescheduled 2 years in a row) My Chemical Romance! I didnt think they would ever get back together but now have new music out.

Good morning ~ Your airport story reminded me of Home Alone, lol. 11/12 kids - sure one may get away. Otherwise, I don't get how - I was a death grip mother. Great news about QJB - I've missed her! I had a great weekend and I'm ready for this week. I got up and on the treadmill this morning - no fuss. Great workout today - feels good. Work today is a project that should have been simple, but has dragged on for a week due to tech issues that neither side can figure out. Hopefully today is the day! GOTV? Not sure what that is - I thought Game of Thrones... Looking forward to watching House of Dragons tonight - I was too tired last night.

QOTD - While I love a good busy and active weekend - mine was exactly what the doctor ordered. Peace, quiet, reading, centering, journaling, walking the dogs, music, some favorite feel good movies, house stuff and cooking - ALONE! It was fabulous.

Accountability - great - now if the scale would just move, please.

b- coffee, HB eggs

l - chicken, shaved parm, slivered almonds, tomato, salad mix, evoo/red wine vinegar

d- TBD

e - Iceland waterfall walk - good work out and beautiful! The columns are amazing.

Have a great day!

Get Out The Vote - voter awareness and outreach. Sounds like you had a fantastic weekend! Any movies that you would recommend? The House of the Dragon did start on HBO (game of thrones prequel series) and I did watch it, lol.

I have an appt for next week. I think I've mentioned it before that I don't like the whole process of these types of things. Unexplained pain usually ends with being told it's an overuse "injury".

You are a machine when it comes to exercise! If you need to try something that works your muscles in a different way to recover, I love my pilates classes on the reformer (I hate the mat classes) and they are lower impact. I've also been doing a lot of boxing with a program called dribble up.

I really need to branch out on my options. I think my stubbornness comes in because I want to be able to run so therefore I should be able to run, right?!

Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Welcome back Jen. Glad to see you finally got off that plane. You just wonder though how do you forget a kid. Hmmm.

I have a video appointment with the bariatric doctor today. Hopefully she won't be to disappointed in my weight gain but I really need to reign it in and at least get of 10lbs. I am up 28.4 from my lowest.

QOTD: I hit the gym on Saturday for a Pound Class that was done with drum sticks. Lots of squats and lunges. The pain is unbearable in my butt and thighs. Needless to say there was no other exercise this weekend. I went to the birthday party and drank way more than I should have so Sunday morning left me hung over and not able to move without a bunch of pain. Then we were fortunate that our friends brought the Twins over . They just turned 2. We had not seen them since before summer so it was a nice treat. We planned to pool it but mother nature said no. We did take them to the ice-cream parlor to celebrate.
