Got to say...as much as I like spicy food, looking at that drink with jalapeños with seeds in it...oh my! Congrats on finishing it.

On the other hand, I assume any time you get to consume a drink from a pineapple, it has to be good.

Also, good luck with your passport. That's never a fun prospect and something to consider. The last time mine was due there was a kiosk at work I turned it in to and they worked their magic. Easy peasy. Sounds like a bit of a nightmare.

The process has gotten more laborious since Covid.

Oh my goodness those look yummy. I'd be blotto all the time! I need to taste some alcohol in my drinks or I end up chugging them like lemonade!

I am a "cheap date", I feel the alcohol going to my head after the first couple of sips, even if I don't taste it.

those drinks look delicious. I am with you, I dont want to taste the alcohol when I am drinking. I dont like the taste of beer, wine, or champagne but give me a drink with the alcohol disguised then yum.

I love pretty and fruit filled drinks that have no taste of alcohol. My favorite is called a Pink Squirrel and made with Creme de Cacao, Creme de Almond and Vanilla Ice Cream. It tastes like a chocolate milkshake. My husband used to say it would make more sense to take me to the Dairy Queen instead of to a club. I figured out how to get the same taste with chocolate protein powder and sugarfree almond and creme de cacao syrups.

I lived in Spain (Madrid) for a year, sorta semester abroad but for a whole year. The Spaniards are hearty drinkers and have great clubs. I used to order White Russian with Kahlua, in order not to stand out as a whimp.

Yum and so pretty too! They go down so easily I'd be on the floor drinking those and with RH!

I don't know if this is possible for passports but when I had to do a rush visa, there was a company that I sent my pp to, they hand walked it through the embassy, and then overnighted it back to me. Maybe there is a similar service for expedited passports?

There is/was before Covid. Nowadays even through those agencies it takes 5-7 weeks. Unless your trip is 48 hours away, then you can schedule an appt at the passport agency and get it back the same day. I don't wanna wait till two days before my trip.
It did happen to me though, that's how I learned, last time I renewed my passport. Trip out on Tue and on Sun night I realized my passport had expired. 5:00 am in San Francisco at the agency's door got me in. Nowadays you can't even do that, you have to have an appt.
I hear people get appts (it's a National hotline) in Puerto Rico while they reside in Washington, because all the WA appts were full. But when you are desperate you'd do anything to get it renewed.
