QOTD - I am reading Hitlers last days. We are caught up on our favorites , The resident, new amsterdam and the Chicago family of shows, we found a canadian medical show that we have been streaming " Transplant" about a Syrian refugee ( Dr) in Toronto.
B - Scrambled eggs and Cheddar
L - Salami and cheese
AS - cukes and ranch dip
D - Cauliflower crust pizza...
ES - HWC whipped with SF jello mix
E - will get steps in, need to run to get a new mattress for my folks...busy week...

HW - 299 , Consult day weight - 277, Day of surgery ( 11/19/2014) - 259,LW - 178, GW - 195, CW- 194.2 - reached goal
