Good Morning Jen and Menuers,

Is it really only Wednesday. I wish I could report the new system is getting better but no. It is still the thorn in my side. I hope things will get better but I do not see it in the near future. I have a few things on my plate this morning that I have no idea how to figure out so wish me luck that I can find someone who is not too knee deep to help.

I have dinner plans I am looking forward to this evening. It only took 3 months to get a reservation. It is very limited seating and when I finally got the reservation she said bring lots of wine (BYOB). Said the cook does everything to perfection and there is some waiting to be done. This is a girls night so one of my friends husbands has selected the wines and will be sending them with her. I have only been here one time back in 2015 this was going to be my last meal before bypass surgery. I ate the meal and chickened out. It took till 2017 for me to smarten up.

QOTD: I ask around to everyone I know before I make a decision. I value my friends and co workers opinions on things like large purchases, investments, doctors, dentist etc.

Accountability: Only had a bite of a peperoni roll for quality control.

Accountability: I had some zucchini cake with roasted Strawberrys. I didn't want it to go bad.

TSS: 4 years 7 months 30 days: 154.8LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER

MS: Light and fit Tiramisu Greek yogurt and berries and figs

CB: Coffee with SF WONKA WHIPPLESCRUMPTIOUS FUDGYCARAMEL CREAMER,

L: : eggwich and protein snack select

D: I am teetering between Lab Lollipops and crab cakes and scallops. I need to look up Branzino. Not exactly sure what that is.

Exercise: not today

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week I also use Miralax and fiber in my first coffee of the day.

Have a great day my friends.

Brightest Blessings.

Chrissy

Ewwww. I am not a fan of fish. I'll eat canned tuna and fish taco's but that's about it. I like seafood but I'll pass on flakey white fish.

My first run through for prep for RNY was interrupted by the first COVID surge. I then decided I didnt need to pursue the surgery and that I could lose weight on my own. By the time I smartened up I needed to complete the entire work-up again. I am so very happy that I had the surgery, it has changed my life for the better.
