Haha, they are super fascinating! I went trekking all over the fields with permission from a B&B we stayed at in Scotland trying to find their highland cows. It may have factored in to why I stayed there to begin with...their cow was in the picture. Never did find her but it was still an amazing place. We saw several colors and my Scotland magnet has a highland cow on it, they made such an impact. So can totally empathize with finding a way to bring one home!

Thanks for sharing the Highlander. I actually want one as a pet. Maybe when I retire. So adorable.

When you get one, I want an invitation to visit. Sounds so adorable. You probably want a mini one that gets about three feet high.

I bet that would be fun! I hear they eat less than the cows we're used to. The fluffy orange-brown ones are the cutest but thats just my two cents!

Good morning, everybody!

My computer is slow loading this morning, so I couldn't post any pictures. I may go back and post via phone if I can. That requires some texting and then posting. I do have one OH photo of our family outing to the Macallan sensory experience, maybe I will post that.

I may boot scoot this weekend. We are invited to a line dancing and barbecue party on Saturday afternoon. It is supposed to be Western wear. I have a hat from a previous outing (different group), but that's all. I guess the questions is whether to go all in and try and learn the dancing, in outfit, or just chill and enjoy the barbecue.

I don't see myself wearing cowboy boots past the party but motorcycle boots i would wear, so maybe I will do that. The real issue is whether I want to drive into Chicago to shop tomorrow morning? Also, how hot will it be because I don't want to wear jeans and a cowboy shirt if it is going to be 95.

Today is a busy day. Lifting in the morning, Crossfit this afternoon. I have a number of client calls and such to do as well. Lots of stuff to do around the house this weekend after being away for a few weeks.

QOTD: I don't have a good one that comes to mind. Military people always have the best stories. No matter how crazy you thought your college partying was they always can top it wit something that happened on float.

Breakfast: Egg sandwhich

Lunch: Roast Beef

Dinner: TBD

Have great day, all!

You're right about the military people. My grandpa once drove for Patton and he very much disliked him. He stood on his shoulders and would tell what direction my grandpa should turn the Sherman tank by kicking him on that side of the head. Tip of the iceberg!
