QOTD - unless you have a role (logistics for example) that requires you in, our return to office is purpose driven vs set/required days. Seems to be working well. Previously even the conversation about required days in the office led to bad outcomes.

Love the waterfall picture!

Good Morning Jim and Menuers,

How do you win without your lucky Dabber? This is not the bingo I grew up with. Even bus bingo has the sliding doors so you do not have to poke at the card? Really poking above dabbing. This is insane. I may have had to have a few more of the Mai Tai to absorb all that craziness. Wow glad you made it out of that alive. Oh and with the winning streak you son is on, I think you should get him a Mega Million ticket. He might keep the winning streak going. I did look into the flapper dress it should be an easy get. I saw tons on Ebay so I'll be able to get one no problem.

QOTD: Nope never worked from home except for after my surgeries and absolutely love my office way better.

Check out local Facebook pages. Many organizations do them as fund raisers. Drag Queen bingo is all the rage and can be super fun.

FUNNY BINGOOOOOOO

We usually don't play and instead play the slots. Maybe a higher win there :)

QOTD: most of IT went fully remote during covid and do not want to come bac. I am one of those, sold out 2nd house in TN last year, didn't make sense to keep if we were remote. I do have to come in from time to time... I can tolerate that. Directors and above are supposed to be 'on site' but most work from home unless there are leadership meetings. Luckily I am not at that level.

weight is back down to the new normal so it was a poo/water backup before.

Food:

b: coffee coffee water

unsure of actual breakfast

L: leftover sloppy joes with added mushroom. yes its actually good

d: thinking fajitas- have shaved beef

Good mornin everyone.

well my night sucked. Big time. I woke up with the worst leg cramp ever and I jumped to get up to get it to ease up. It was hard then all of a sudden it cramped again and bam I fell. Thankfully I landed on my knees and not my butt or hips. I am super sore but it could of been way worse. I also managed to knock all the stuff off the top shelf of a bookcase. I do it good when I do it.

Today I've already got some bloodwork done and I have an appointment with the pain management clinic here in an hour. We'll see what happens with that.

QOTD: I don't really have an out of house job. I take care of the house work and chainmaille.

B: JUST egg cup and coffee

L: GF chicken nuggets and some salad

D: no clue

S: no clue here either.

latest finished bracelet for my contract work.

QOTD- Pre-covid I was working M-Th in the office and Friday remote. During covid my boss tried to get me back in the office to basically train my replacement and I said no, so was told "my services are no longer required" on a 41 second Teams call. The office was full of non-maskers, non socially distancers, and the anti-vaxxers. So I chose my health. Now work totally remote doing the same thing but for different states. But I do miss the office at times, I think that is one of the reasons I didn't last in Maui, I had no social interaction.

The heat wave is here, it was 87 in the living room last night. I had been running the A/C but it just couldn't keep up. So I gave up and went into my bedroom with the A/C on and tried to watch TV on my tablet, but it kept buffering so I finally gave up. It's only supposed to be 94 today.

Work was crazy yesterday two of my old jobs came back to bite me, so I spent way too much time trying to find another solution. Hopefully things will be more normal today, I hate having to jump back and forth on stuff. I lose track of where I am.

Jim better you than me, I went on a cruise to the Caribbean and was so seasick that I lost a couple of days there. I would never do that again. I used to love Bingo it's been ages, wouldn't be the same without the dabber.

Have a great day everyone!
