Yes I cover them with caramel myself. A Stoner friend gave me the recipe I always ask if he got it out of High Times because who else would think of that. They taste like Captain Crunch.

G'morning all!
Aaaw, Jen, that is so cute you always have a song in your head when you wake up. And your pics, wow! I love love love your new hair color.
I can't remember if I shared with you guys that I have a 10K race on Sun. It's an annual thing and it's called wharf to wharf. I didn't do it in 2020 & 2021 for obvious reasons but this year we are doing it. Couple of DH's running friends are also joining us. I told the "boys" to go ahead and run at their usual pace because I don't wanna be keeping up with them.
QOTD: I get up with a mental to do list. In my head I organize my day before I get out of bed. During the day things might not go according to my morning list but that's OK, I can pivot.
My throwback pics are from the morning of surgery (5yrs 1 month), which I have shared with you guys.
And, last weekend at the friends' anniversary party. I loved my sparkly shoes and felt like a little girl.
My meals yesterday :
- Coffee
- Epic chicken, protein puff
- Ice coffee+PP, Fage yogurt, jello
- TJ chicken fajita
- E: 4 miles neighborhood uphill wog
Happy jr Fri-yay!

Funny thing is the people who knew me before I gained all my weight (2 pregnancies - failed diets for about 20 years) now say the old Sheila is back.
