I can get a pretty big tower of cream on my puddings.

Try the coconut whipped cream lower in calories and I think it's a better fat.

DH is over at the vet's this morning with one of the cats - he (the cat, of course!) is having a blood draw because they're going to do something with stem cells in hopes that they can get rid of this corneal ulcer once in for all. The ophthalmologist had never heard of this, but my regular vet is REALLY interested in stem cell therapy, and she'd read that they're having some success with it for stubborn corneal ulcers. So...at least it's worth a try, since those things don't seem to be going anywhere (although they've gradually improved). The ophthalmologist is on board with it, too. At least it won't hurt anything...and it could help!

I need to bike over to campus this morning to meet up with the woman who has my A/C converter. She took it to Italy with her - and now I need it for Scotland. Nothing else scheduled for today, but I have A LOT to do, especially since I slacked off too much yesterday (took a 2.5 hour bike ride in the morning (well, that included a couple of breaks) - and had a pedicure in the afternoon)

B: plain skyr with cranberry/cherry compote, coffee with half & half

MS: protein shake (vanilla blended with cantaloupe, ice, and cinnamon - had it yesterday, too - so great!!)

L: cheesecake-flavored yogurt pie with strawberry/rhubarb compote

AS: probably L&F yogurt with a skinny bagel, maybe??
