I've been dealing with anxiety attacks for the last week +. I haven't experienced this in years. I hoped it would pass but here I am. I put in a call to the doctor's office to address this. It's been miserable.
QOTD: Chair exercises are all that I can do right now so they're my favorite and least favorite by default.
B: Fairlife Protein shake
L: 1/2 corned beef sandwich.
D: Chicken salad.
HW: 371 SW(8/9/21): 324 CW: 208 lbs 0 lbs til goal of skin reduction surgery. I'm still looking for a new plastic surgeon.

Anxiety sucks, so sorry you're dealing with em. I had a pretty big one last night.
I hope your provider can help you with your anxiety. Do you take anything for it?
