Good morning ~ That meme! Happy to hear you had a great weekend with your family. I had a nice relaxing weekend -the resort was amazing - what a special Sunday night for us! Lots of excess... Yesterday was a reset/detox day for sure. Still feeling foggy but back at it today and hoping my regular routine will help me get back to center. I have a heavy training calendar today. Some interesting, some not so much.

QOTD - I love them all - seriously - I grew up on Old El Paso taco kits, taco night was the best. Street, reg, soft, crunchy, any kind of meat excepts brains and organs... I especially love this deep fried shredded beef taco from a local place is pure heaven. At home, I make tacos from any leftover meat we have, all the time. I make a mean fish taco as well.

deep fried shredded beef taco sounds divine! What will you put the dill seasoning on? Popcorn? Bloody Marys?

So far, that palm of my hand to my tongue! Ohhh, bloody Mary's sound fab!! The first thing that came to mind was that it would be perfect for my fish taco sauce or used like tajin for cucumbers or other raw veg. Maybe popcorn or pork rinds?

Now that seasoning looks fab, I'm going to Trader Joe's for that

Oh Aldi needs to get caught up! I need that dill pickle flavoring in my life. I have it on cottage cheese and air fried potatoes in my head.
