Whoo-Hoo - it's (photo) Friday! What's on your plan for the day?
I've never had a limoncello tiramisu. Let us know how it was after you taste it tonight.

Good morning, everybody!
So, I am searching the computer to look for a picture for photo Friday and I come across this file entitled "C-Cup Theme Song." Much to my dismay it was something for a tennis tournament called the Citrus Cup. Also, I could not find any pictures because the computer is loading too slow.
Did anybody read about the research conducted into whether you could split an OREO so that there was an equal amount of middle on each side of the cookie. In April of 2022, Crystal Owens, a Phd. researcher at MIT built a machine, called an OREOmeter that would spin and split the cookies using various amounts of torque.
Apparently, she discovered that it is not physically possible to split the cookies evenly. The relationship between the strength and stickiness of the filling is such that there will always be an excess amount of creme on one wafer. She has charts and graphs to prove her results. Such graphs and charts are sadly also victim to the slow loading computer this morning.
I had a very busy week, so this weekend is going to be low key - Happy Hour, Crossfit and taking my car for an oil change. Our guests mostly start arriving on Wednesday for graduation.
QOTD: I probably skew a little on the warmer side - 70's and 80's with an occasional 90 degree day is good by me.
Breakfast: sausage and cottage cheese
Lunch: Roast Beef
Dinner: Hello Fresh
Have a great day, all!

I always split them in half and only eat the side with the cream on it. I throw the other side away. It seems like you could take a sharp knife and cut through the cream if you really wanted an equal amount on both sides. Oreos are one of the few things I will eat until the package is empty, so only buy on very rare occasions. My other Kryptonite cookie is Walker's Shortbread. I have bought those twice and both times, the box did not make it through to the next day.
Real life begins where your comfort zone ends
I think that using a knife would be cheating.
