What's your plan for Thursday?
Take your chocolate (or vanilla or preferred flavor) of liquid protein add to blender, add 2 TBSP sf pudding mix (I use chocolate for chocolate protein, cheesecake flavor pudding for strawberry flavored protein, vanilla when using root beer extract), toss in a couple of ice cubes (I do 3). Blend until smooth. You can eat immediately but I like it to be more like soft serve so I put it in the freezer for several hours. It is so good. A great substitute for ice cream. You can add additional flavors to the mix with sf syrups for variety. So far the chocolate is my favorite.

Nice...I freeze a light and fit when I want an Ice cream sub but have to be careful not to freeze it too hard...more than about 90 minutes and it can be hockeypuck solid, lol.

Good morning all and Happy Friday Eve,
Had a nice time with old friends last night and I left 2/3 of my bunless burger.

I can whistle but it's pretty anemic. Not sure it can be heard more than about 3 feet away!
