What's on Your Tuesday Menu?
I had to laugh about the kitty rolling around the new kitty litter box. Who would have thought it would absorb odors...

Jim I'm with you on the Mayo they put it on way too many things, and even when I ask for no mayo they sneak it in just to freak me out. Even if you scrape it off the bread you can't get it all...
The buyer of my condo backed out, I knew it couldn't be this simple so it's back on the market.
On the positive side my household goods arrived and I pulled some things out when they were moving them. Most important was my espresso machine so I had my mocha this morning... I'm in heaven I went more than a month and only had 2, one before leaving on the train and one last week. Neither were as good as my own. Unsweetened Ghirardelli Chocolate, Truvia and Fairlife milk for my protein. So happy to have it back.
I also pulled my spinning wheel, Sammy's steps to get on the bed and his cat food as well as the things from my car. You basically have to strip it when you ship it. Plus I had the guys place the dressers so I can access them for more clothes. I'm pretty much sick of what I've been wearing for the last 5 weeks. I would like to get some more shoes as well if I can get to the box. My whole life is in two 10 x 10 storage units, kind of sad. I also pulled my pillow, it's memory foam with gel and I love it. So happy to not be fighting with whimpy pillows.
I was really dizzy for two days, it seems to have passed. I was walking like I was drunk without having the pleasure of the buzz. I've had vertigo before but this wasn't the same, more like walking on the deck of a ship in a storm. The vertigo is BPPV which I've dealt with on and off for years, I've learned to just not turn over to the right in bed, or do it slowly. It's almost always my right ear. But at least it is better.
I have lots of work so I should be good this week.
Have a great day everyone!

Benign Paroxsysmal Positional Vertigo there are crystals in your inner ear and at times they get lodged on the sensors. So your eyes are actually what is moving because your ear tells you that the world is moving. There are maneuvers that you can do to move them and unfortunately once when I worked with a physical therapist she actually made it worse. Most of the time it doesn't make me throw-up but at times it does. It's not fun. So I have learned to just turn my head slowly-it's mostly when I'm laying down.

Hopefully, the market is still hot and your condo sells fast.

Good morning! It has been a miserable couple of days for me and I am so thankful I have lost a hundred pounds. I had an auto immune flair which for the first time in a long time qattacked my hips thighs and knees. The pain is off the charts and I could not lift my legs much less stand. Usually these attacks are in the arms and hands and affect both sides equally. I did not want to go out by ambulance in the middle of the night figuring by mid morning I could recover enough that my husband could push me out of the house in a desk chair for the half mile ride to the ER, which my Rhuemotolgist told me to go to. I got some steroid and pain IV which has helped immensely. I go to pain management for these conditions as well. Husband has left to go get more steroids at the pharmacy. Can't wait till this episode is over. This was a big reason I had weight lose surgery. This morning I am so much better and can transfer from my bed to the office chair by myself. Yay! Today I will be rolling around the house but would rather be out doing stuff ...
Menu. No clue I have zero appetite in spite of the steroids, at least so far. I will probably have some left over Cobb salad, tomato soup and a protein shake. I want to make some chili but that will need to wait a few more days till I am able. It is a pretty sunny and warm here now, but we don't care, we love chili.
Melody I do hope that you have a better day. ( I am thankful that I don't have back pain, it is the worst.)
Wow, that sounds painful. Hope you feel better soon.
