What's on your monday menu, RNYers
btw - she said they're looking for panelists who are 3+ years out, so that would be a lot of us. Think about it! I've been thinking about it for awhile, so I told her this morning I'd be willing to serve on a panel if she still needs people (and she does!). She said they may not be able to use everyone who applies (although I suppose that would depend on if they have more people wanting to do it than they actually need...). Plus she said they want a variety of patients (I would imagine "variety" in terms of type of surgery and the number of years out (??)). Anyway, think about it. I think this would be a great group to draw from.
for this one, I don't know for sure (this will be my first time attending an OH conference)...but if this is modeled after a lot of other panels I've seen at conferences (or other presentations), they'll probably have around 4-10 people on the panel - who, after briefly introducing themselves (and in this case, probably briefly summarizing their experience with weight loss surgery), will mostly respond to questions posed by the moderator and/or the audience (although usually not every panelist would be expected to respond to every question). So I'm anticipating something like this...
I?ve heard the same, but still think about going just to cross it off the list. I think that Willie Nelson (also, I?ve never seen) is struggling with singing now also.
We walked out of Dead & Company at Fiddlers Green, but that was 100 percent hypothermia related, not the show.

Good morning! Sitting here having copy and waiting for the upholstery and carpet cleaners. After they leave, I am going to try and go to Costco and see about new glasses. Especially prescription sunglasses. These auto darkening transition ones just don't go dark enough for me and I want a bigger frame to cover more of my face from the sun. And these crepey aging eyelids!
Food was on point yesterday, I did not like my choice at the restaurant, so ate almost nothing. Came home and had turkey jerky and TJ's Cacia E pepe puffs. But the company was worth cost of the evening. For sure!
QoTD: I've walked out of Van Morrison and the Adam Sandler movie Hidden Gems (I think it was called) are the last two things I can think of.
Menu today:
B: cottage cheese and hb egg
L: tbd
D: I'm doing a big package of pork adobo and grilled oxaco tonight. Hoping for lots of leftovers for lunches this week.
Peace Everybody!

I have heard from several people to skip van Morrison's shows and just listen to the music at home.
