It is nice when we can get out more -- but in your neck of the woods, do you go from winter into summer pretty fast or do you have a decent length spring?

Good morning all and Happy Monday,
The weekend went by too fast, as usual. Back to the grind we go. My goal is to get back on track this week. I was super excited to find tuna poke at Costco again but it wasn't very good since it wasn't fresh.
QOTD: I look forward to being able to drive with the windows down and wind in my face.

Spring in Colorado you typically start with the heat on, move to windows open, and then end with the heat on again. I do enjoy the fresh air too though!

G'morning all!
Thank you Jen for jumping in to start us off right after you came back from your great trip.
I am putting this down as my accountability. My weight has been stagnant (up and down 4 oz) for the last month. Obviously what I'm doing is great for maintenance but not weight loss. So, typical me, gotta switch things around to shake this body of mine out of its comfortable place and get to where I want it to be. I'm starting an egg fast this week. It means I need to say goodbye to my favorites: barebells bar, Fage yogurt, hot cocoa and gs cookies. Pray for my DH! ;)
QOTD: Longer days and longer walks. I don't have to rush out of the house at 4:30 pm for a Luna walk. We can take our time and do it around 5:30 and still have time to do the long walks instead of the shorter ones. Vet says she also needs to lose about 1.5 lbs. =)
My meals yesterday:
- Coffee + barebells bar
- Epic chicken + barebells bar
- Barebells bar
- E: Mt Saint Helena hike - 10 miles

good morning! Productive morning for me so far. I've done some laundry, cleaned up the kitchen, gone grocery shopping and put that all away and got some pretty cut flowers from Trader Joe's spaced out around the house. Love daffodil and tulip season! I'm off in a bit to find a few more ingredients and then a massage. Color and a cut this afternoon. Busy day.
QoTD: walks with the sunshine on my face. I don't like it hot out, so spring feels amazing. And by the way, I am in shorts today. Perks of San Diego.
