Oh that sounds interesting! I love the meat sauce and cheese so I'm always looking as I don't handle pasta really well!

sliced zucchini works really well, too. I slice it the long ways and lay it out just like I would lasagna noodles. Honestly, the sauce and cheese and ricotta and whatever else you put on it (turkey sausage for me!) is so good, you don't even notice it's zucchini rather than pasta!

That sound good. I have used spaghetti squash in place of the noodles that turned out super yummy.

Well I don't get my Cpap machine for sleep apnea until July. They are that booked. I'm on a wait list until one comes available sooner.

QOTD: I got nothing. I haven't turned on the TV in a long time and I haven't even picked up the paper. My Guppies are fun to watch, they gather at the top of the tank for feeding time. Lol.

B: eggs

L: tuna and wheat thins

Snack: cottage cheese

That is Crazy. I had to do a sleep study as a prerequisite to my WLS. Insurance would not pay without it.

I think I had to wait a couple of months to get mine back before surgery, but I bet in addition to that, places are probably backed up because of COVID. There's probably a backlog of ones they weren't able to do..

There has also been a recall on one of the CPAP machines...If you are using CPAP you may want to look to see if your machine has a recall on it.

When I was in college learning to be a programmer, one of our instructors required us to bring in a current story from the newspaper every day. He said that computer people would sit through a world war and never notice that it was going on.

I skip watching the news way more often than I should. In case, you don't know Russia has invaded Ukraine. Many people will think that I am joking, but I have missed being aware of events like that because I can isolate my brain from most of the outside world.

Good Morning Melody and Menuers,

That might just get me back in shape after surgery to run again. And thanks for the Camel Picture I always enjoy them.

We are having a spring snow this morning. It's super wet and slushy but it's too warm to stick to the roads so no traffic issues. Hopefully it will quit soon. I plan on delivering meals to some friends who are having health issues to hopefully make their day easier. I won't be able to do any of this for a while after my surgery and this was the best day to do it. Tomorrow I have a Haircut appointment so that would not work.
