I saw Peter Frampton at Milwaukee Summerfest once about 15 or 20 years ago. The thing is, he wasn't on one of the stages. He was just playing out in the open, with people walking by him. Like a street musician. I did a double take when I saw him - "Good Lord - that's Peter Frampton!". Didn't realize he was such as has-been at that point. People would have been beating the doors down to see him back in the 70s.

Good morning wonderful people! Yay for Jr. Friday!

So I have been up since 2, got out of bed about 2:20 and I've watched an episode of the murder show I'm watching on Hulu (Cardinal); made the WW one point muffins; did my elliptical, shoveled the snow in the balmy - 6F (down from the -2 it was when I woke up) and now I'm dressed and ready for my late in the day presentation to about 1200 colleagues. What a morning and it's not even 6 am!

The virtual board games yesterday were fun, one of the games was geography trivia which my team won, of course. There may have been shouting from other teams about disqualifying me but they still lost, lol.

QOTD - yes, we had theme days during home coming week only.

Accountability yesterday was a train wreck...I just had the munchies all day and then about two I used the "would you eat a chicken breast" diversion question and the answer was "yes, I think I would" so I made one of the RGF cordon blue chicken breasts and of course that did the trick and I was satisfied for the rest of the day. Sometimes you just have to go back to good old dense protein! (Also, I find I like the RGF things that are more chicken stuffed like the cordon blue or the poppers than I do when the chicken is acting as something else (mini pizzas)).

Menu today

coffee plus half and half x3

protein muffin

3 pepper gouda and pistachios

probably the other RGF chicken breast

definitely a glass of wine

Have a terrific Thursday everyone!

I agree with you on the RGF Products. I don't mind the enchladas but the pizza crust just does not cut it. And the fact that 25 minutes in the airfryer gets those raw bacon wrapped breast done is a win in my book. Good call on going for the chicken. Proud of you.
