Dinner - oh, same. Insert veggie stuff

I'm in a funk. A mood if you will. I'm working hard on it. I'm not hungry too much, (yay?) due to an increase in meds for my migraines. So, just focusing on feeding myself good, high calorie protein stuffs.

Good Morning Queen JB and Menuers,

I am glad to hear your negative Queen JB. Hope you get to feeling better soon.

I can't take all this cold. The last two year we would get breaks and I would get an outside run in here and there. Not this year for sure. It is in the teens every morning.

Today is work and bible study then I get to come home and watch one of my favorite shows, The Amazing Race. I have not picked who I would like to win yet but there are 2 all girl teams so I am sure I will be rooting for one of them .

QOTD: Peanut Butter Unless you count my coffee and then it will be Cinnamon Roll. That little puppy is so cute. Both names work in my opinion.

Accountability: 1 Pizzella with Coconut whipped topping a low carb cinnamon crepe with sugar cookie humus and 2 TBLS Peanut butter

TSS: 4 years 1 month 15 days: 142LBS, (Lowest 129.4)

B: Coffee with SF CM cinnamon roll creamer

MS: Light and Fit Toasted Marshmallow Greek yogurt and berries

CB: Coffee with SF Cinnamon roll CM creamer

L.2 Eggwich and snack select

D: Mississippi Pot roast and mashed hear of palm.

Exercise: 1/2 hour treadmill (Done)

Water and vitamins: On track. I take a Bariatric Advantage Ultra multi w/iron I use bariatric advantage Calcium chews and 500mg of Magnesium. sublingual B12 1x a week

G'morning all!

I think I'm in need of thoughts and prayers. Actually it's my DH that needs your good thoughts, because I might KILL him! His company has gone back to 2 weeks wfh and 2 weeks work on site. His usual weekly schedule is 2 days wfh and 3 days on site, but because of the new omicron version he needs to follow what they ask. Fine. The first two weeks that he was gone went by really fast. Now that he is home...man! We have an "office room" with both of our desks there, you could say we are cube mates. He saunters to the kitchen, grabs the crunchiest snack and proceeds to eat it at his desk making the loudest noise. I asked him if he does it at work too. He says yeah I eat pretzels all the time. I'm surprised his co workers haven't killed him yet. I guess if there was any other noise his eating would not be so jarring, but we are empty nesters and nobody else home but us and Luna. Anyway, if you read wife killed husband because of his snacking send bail money.

QOTD: oh my goodness, what a tiny cutie! taco.

My meals yesterday:

  • B: protein coffee
  • L: epic chicken + protein puff
  • S: iced coffee + PP
  • D: Taco tues (used cauliflower thins for my taco)
  • E: 30 minutes cardio + 60 minutes weight training
