New(to you) products you'd recommend?

I'm looking for interesting and easy snacks, add ons and flavoring agents. Think protein mini meals instead of "snacks" per say. I tend to not want sweet things for the mini meals. Also my budget is small.

What works for you? What products do you recommend? I can't have gluten or eggs but others might like some suggestions that don't fit in those lines.

my most favorite ad on is Herdez taqueria Cilantro Lime taco sauce. I don't know how available it is everywhere but I keep a back up bottle. So so good.

Next is is mission almond flour tortillas. The macros could be a bit better but I finally found a gluten free tortilla that doesn't suck really bad. I actually enjoy these! They are very filling as well.

Kemps cottage cheese has a single

serving at my Walmart now. It's like $1.25 has 5 carbs and 19 proteins! They don't have it in the big container so I just buy single serving ones

Cheddar cheese with dill pickle, nuts: cashews- brazil nuts..used to be my choices.

. i am back to meat, eggs,.. i just vary the type of meat, or way prepared for eggs.... for snacks, and use a pc of lettuce for bread...if i need. currently over half of my daily protein is eggs.

Today is fresh liver.fried in non stick with spray... no breading,....served on a few tablespoons of rice.... LOL, I know I'm weird its OK..:>)
