Happy Friday

well my abdominal pain was a internal hernia. I had surgery yesterday for repair so today is a laying around recovery day. I have a lifting restriction for 2 weeks which means no yoga, resistance bands or skiing.

QoTD: I do have difficulty with holding up clothes to determine if it fits but I am confident in ordering size medium for shirts and 8 pants. I may not always like the style on me but they usually fit

B: triple zero Greek yogurt with collagen, cold brew coffee with half n half, caramel drizzle

L: chocolate PP

D: Korean ground Turkey in red peppers

s: maybe kettle popcorn bag and 1 square chocolate

e: none- start walking on treadmill tomorrow
