What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?
Melody
i bet you could make a good amount of money selling your metal jewelry online. So beautiful. I need to buy something from you. Do you do any copper? I noticed that is really popular right now.

Thank you! I do do copper! I love it actually. The only metal I like more is bronze, which is an alloy with copper in it. It's a little bit stronger but I still adore copper. I can do bare copper or antiqued copper( I do it myself with liver of sulphur).
is there any certain kind of piece you're looking for? Necklace, pendant, bracelet or earrings? Let me know what you're looking for and I'll collect some pics to show you!
Melody,
Sorry for the late reply. I would be looking for a necklace (pendant) and matching or similar earrings. I wear a lot of gray, black and blues, but also have deep reds and maroons. I just bought 2 new shirts that would go great with copper...I'd be interested in seeing what you have in all metals. I prefer dangling or hoop type earrings.
Thank You,
Lana

Just letting you know I've seen this! I'll get together some stuff today to show you :o)
I love the hands and the T Shirt. I am not finished losing weight but I never was a good judge of size, without a label I have no clue. Right now my brain is seeing me larger than I am. Which is a nice surprise.

Happy about freaking time Friday! This week was long!
QJB -- in your house, isn't bacon grim's love language? I love the batman dress, lol.
QOTD - I can't even look at the clothes in my house and guess how they'll fit. There is still a lot of "oh no, it must have shrunk and won't fit" and "I won't even be able to get my leg into that" but fortunately that's just my mind, not fact (although with the bit of weight I want to lose, a couple of jeans have reached the "no deep breathing" phase, I'll be honest, so it's not all puppies and rainbows).
We also have a three day weekend, I don't have anything planned for monday but tomorrow is our rescheduled game day from NYD and I have a massage on Sunday plus need to do some grocery shopping. I want to see my friends and have game day, I also want to not be around people but we moved it to day time so can have the windows open, one friend is bringing her air filter thingy and everyone is boosted with no under 5s at home.
I think I am going to double up on my rowing session and my training session today so I can take a no exercise day Sunday and monday. I am halfway through fast and fit French Polynesia and enjoying it.
Menu today
coffee plus half and half X 4
gf pb English muffin
salami and cheese
meatballs I did not make yesterday
except for MORE photos of my amaryllis (including a pano because it's hard to see all 5 blooms at once) I didn't take any new pictures so here are a couple from my trip to Morocco from this time of year but way back in 2014
Switchback City, wouldn't that be fun to drive?
Someone left the door open and I had to peek through. The artistry was so stunning.

One thing that hasn't changed from your before and afters is your smile! Morocco had to be so exciting!
Mornin'!
One of my film groups is meeting over lunch today. The leader booked the private dining room at a restaurant, so I think I'm OK with going (we're a small group, all triple-vaxxed - no young kids since none of us are under 60 years old). A couple of members wanted to Zoom in, though - so we'll have a laptop there. Hopefully this will work out OK. Otherwise, nothing going on today other than I need to get some cardio in.
QOTD: not really. At my lowest weight, I was pretty much a standard medium although, depending on the manufacturer, I sometimes needed a large - now it's completely opposite (usually a large, but sometimes a medium). My problem is my weird shape. I'm a rectangle shape - no waist at all - although I'm almost an inverted triangle - I'm broad across the chest and shoulders. No hips, flat butt, thin thighs. So even though things might fit, they're not always becoming on me. Some things make me look like a football player. And forget skirts or form-fitting dresses - because of my big waist, they make me look much bigger than I am. So I always try things on, even if I'm pretty sure they'll fit.
B: skyr with fruit compote, coffee with half & half
MS: protein shake
L: I'll be at the restaurant. I'm either getting the turkey/bacon/avocado sandwich (and eat half of that plus the side salad), or the street taco platter (will either eat two of the tacos or one taco + the refried beans)
AS: slice of "malt loaf" and some kind of protein - either an ounce of gouda or a L&F yogurt
D: small piece of chicken lasagna
have a great day, everyone!
whoops - almost forgot to add a photo. I've driven by this a zillion times and FINALLY stopped to snap a photo. Last fall they featured "pumpkin spice brake jobs". So funny!
