QOTD. Donations go to Salvation Army or Goodwill. If I have one largi****em it gets dragged to the curb and usually disappears within 30 min. We have a lot of pickers with trucks that check certain streets for freebies. No sign or advertisement needed. Don't leave your bike at the street
I enjoyed hearing the "many years out" people talk about goals and reality. Not that it is comforting to hear about struggles. I am not at goal and am not sure what that will look for me. My surgeon did not give me a number. Currently I am at 185 and just 6 pounds from being just "overweight". Yay.
Menu. Yogurt. Soup. Hamburgers.
re: yesterday's QOTD - I think the biggest takeaways are: it's very common to have a 10-20 lb regain during year 3, so you might want to even get a little under your goal so you'll end up about where you want to be. That rebound isn't inevitable, but it seems to happen to most of us
and 2) regain comes on fast and easy if you don't continue to pay attention and monitor yourself. It's a lifelong struggle. If it happens to you, get on it quickly before 5 or 10 lbs becomes 50 lbs.

Good morning ~ I loved your QOTD yesterday, JB. I have really come a long way with my shame and worrying about what other people think. I took a mental break from OH for a year and 1/2 but I came back last May with regain and owned it. I'm still struggling and working my goals. I want everyone to feel like they can be honest and welcome here - regain, or not. We are all fighting the good fight. If we don't see all the real stories, how are we going to truly support each other? Anyway, I appreciate everyone's honesty yesterday too, very much.
I hope you and Grim feel better asap!
I had my annual physical yesterday and finally got my flu shot. I never used to get them, but now, hell yes. I need to have a gallon of blood drawn for every panel/test known to man. My PCP is extremely thorough. Other than the weight gain, I am doing fine unless my blood tests say otherwise. I love getting those results!
QOTD - To anyone I know who could use the stuff or goodwill usually.
Accountability - I had extra, extra jerky yesterday and extra tri tip - 5.5 ounces, very slowly though (instead of ham) for dinner. I will bump my cals up today or until I get used to this WOE again. I'm not hungry, but I'm not satisfied either? I did not get on the treadmill last night, but did this morning.
