What's on your Wednesday Menu?

I like some of the others here consider this Friday for the work week. This morning I laid in bed thinking I should just stay home instead of going to work but decided to drag my ass out of bed to head in to work. Tomorrow evening we will leave for our hometown to spend Christmas with family. It has been snowing here all week off and on, I am hoping that the roads will be maintained the whole way. Otherwise, it ends up being a long stressful drive.

QOTD: I absolutely believed in Santa. I can remember on Christmas when someone made sounds on the roof to mimic Santa & reindeer. I can't remember when I no longer believed but somewhere in elementary school. DH and I diligently hid presents from the kids for years so they would continue to beleive. One of their friends accidentially found his presents from Santa so his parents told him the truth, which he thought he should share with my kids. I took him aside and told him that we believed in Santa and to keep his thoughts to himself (I said it nicer then it sounds). Anyway, I am sure my son was already aware since he is a skeptical and analytical kid. I admit it is easier not having to hide the Santa presents anymore.

S: 100 cal bag of popcorn

E: 30 min yoga, 30 min treadmill

Not sure I will be posting the rest of the week because of travel and holiday festivities but I want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Hanukkah!

We still usually end up trying to stay up until they go to bed to wrap and put under the tree.
