When I started using mine I read somewhere that a good rule of thumb is decrease the temp you would normally use in the oven by 30 degrees and reduce the cooking time by 20%. It's worked pretty well for me!
i use mine mostly for falafel (frozen) and they are so crisp and yum

I LOVE using mine .
For instance, it?s Great for making fat free breaded eggplant slices you can use for eggplant Parmesan sandwiches or vegetable light lasagna. I just put it at the highest setting , preheat and watch em carefully so they get crispy on the outside and stay fresh n juicy on the inside .
same for authentic tasting lite Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura ? just use Panko and egg or soda water
im making breaded ? fried? Cajun catfish one of these days if the fish is still good ****ep my fridge just above zero so probably)

I use it for everything because it heats up leftovers almost as fast as the microwave without drying the meat out. Plus it gives a nice crisp to the meat. I agree with Jen on the temp guideline she gave you, generally, but it's a little trial and error. I burned some butternut squash "fries" last week.
I usually go 380 for 6 minutes but I'll eyeball them to see if they need more or less time. If you can smell it cooking you should check that usually means it is close or is done.

I love my air fryer and rarely use my oven anymore. There are a lot of websites dedicated to air fryer cooking with recipes and instructions you might want to do a search. I also found a cheat sheet that tells you what temp to cook your certain foods at and for how long, Your ability is endless in this thing and once you get used to it you will love it too. I don't know how to upload a photo so if someone can tell me I will share the cheat sheet I found.
To upload a photo you got to the white plus sign in the pink box at the top of the page. That will let you upload to your photos. To drop it in a post you just hit the add photo(far left at top of post) and it will appear and you can pick the photo you want to upload.
