What's on your (PHOTO) Friday Menu?

Using the instant pudding, replace half the liquid with vodka and the other half with something creamy like Bailey's or Rumchata; let firm up half way and then stir in cool whip. That's the time to put into the shot glass or Dixie cup (or just leave in a serving dish like pudding). So good!

Mornin' All!
JB - I was having a dream that I'm come out to visit you in Massachusetts when I woke up (thanks, kitty!!). I'd just arrived there, so I have no idea what we were planning on doing! So funny when I dream about people on OH - but then, I've been on here for years and have been interacting with you guys pretty much daily, so...
I'm going to Aqua Zumba this morning. I noticed I have a "brain health" workshop on my calendar for this afternoon that's being put on by one of the local public libraries. I can't remember if it's on Zoom or in-person. Other than that, not much going on today, although I'll need to come up with something for this afternoon so I won't graze (well, there's the workshop - but that only goes for an hour. I need to keep myself occupied all afternoon). I did a great job yesterday (being busy and/or out of the house really helps!!). We're planning on going to a women's hockey game tomorrow (Wisconsin vs Minnesota - they're arch rivals, so this'll be a big game). Otherwise, not much planned for the weekend.
QOTD: no surprise that my two favorites are water fitness classes and (outdoor) biking. Dance cardio (like Zumba and WERQ) is tolerable and sometimes fun. I'll be doing more of that this winter since biking is kinda out at this point for the season. Lately I've been over at the gym some days on this seated elliptical thing ("Nustep" is one brand - ours is a different brand, but the same type of machine). When I was in physical therapy a few years ago the PT recommended it - it's easy on the joints and decent exercise as long as you really work at it. I found it easier to do for a long period of time (45-60 minutes) if I play an indoor cycling video (on youtube) on my phone and prop the phone up where I can watch it. My gaze alternates between that and some of the TVs they have going. This manages to keep my mind entertained so I can keep on the thing for awhile.
B: I'm not hungry at all but I should probably eat something semi-substantial since I'll be going to Aqua Zumba in an hour - maybe yogurt pie with fruit compote. I've already had my coffee with half & half.
MS: iced protein latte made with Fairlife and SF syrup
L: chickpea/miso sandwich with tomato & cucumber slices
AS: protein muffin - or else Greek yogurt with raspberries and a skinny bagel with light cream cheese
D: a Chinese-style stir fry (with broccoli and baked tofu)
have a great day, everyone!

Ha I have OH dreams sometimes too! Not a surprise since saying hello to you all is the first thing I do in the morning :)
Good morning JB and Menu folks. 6 more days, how exciting! I love the height comparison chart. I did not realize Princess Diana was so tall!
We had a change of plans last evening, we did not make it to the gym. We decided to buy a new artificial Christmas tree for my MIL and we went over to her house and set up the Tree and got all of her interior decorations set up. She lives alone and had been downplaying the Holiday this year so we decided to cheer her up and it worked....
QOTD - I change about every 6 months, what really works for me is a High Intensity work out with various weight exercises, 8-10 different exercises and then finish with 15 minutes of cardio.
We are heading to Burlington Vermont tonight after work, we need to go to Fleet Feet and a couple of other places not available where we live.
B - Greek light and fit
S - Keto Bar
L - Tuna Sandwich
S - Turkey and cheese stick
D - Unsure where we will dine
