What's on your Wednesday Menu?
I have a book of letters written by British soldiers in preparation for the Somme offensive. One letter, in its entirety, by a soldier to his wife:
"Take a good look at the floor. Because when I get home all you are going to see is the ceiling."

"she mentioned Black Friday shopping and I told her I didn't love her enough for that, lol."
That was my typical answer with DD growing up. Nowadays though if she wanted to do it I'd do it with her. But I guess she has heard no for so many years that she doesn't ask any more.

we settled on heading to one of the artsy towns so she can do some shopping and we'll do lunch too. Will be fun and not quite as crazy as BF.

No, my sister moved her with her ex, she likes it so has stayed (small town about 20 miles outside of St. Joe). She's been here 18 or so years so I do spend a lot of time here!

It is a really well done museum. I enjoyed its regular exhibition and it had two temporary exhibitions that were great too. One was on the photography of WW1 and since photography is something I'd like to be better at, it was fascinating.
