Any WW'ers?

I don't track calories or restrict in any way ( except I like to eat super low fat and sugar free whenever possible) .
I've been post op ( RNY) about a decade and until a few weeks ago I was shamefully healthy and pretty skinny too ...
I just don't really enjoy eating fatty foods ... turns out my body doesn't like them either... I've got this " little " issue of super high triglycerides apparently...But it did let stuff get out of control due to fear of contacting Covid . I'll be fine .

I did it around my 5 year mark and it was good for getting a few stubborn pounds off quickly! But for me, it was a slippery slope back to a lot of pre-op dieting trauma and I decided to give it up. I also didn't have a very good leader or group, so maybe that was part of the issue. Additionally I have tracked everything in MyFitnessPal for ages and the tracking program is not nearly as comprehensive so I wasn't as happy with that aspect either... Basically, I think it is a solid program, but it wasn't for me.

Ditto on the slippery slope! For me it was sacrificing protein to have CARBS! WW makes it so easy to do. It really messed with my head.
